  • Drink plenty of water, eat full meals, and stay well-hydrated in the 24 hours leading up to your appointment

  • Avoid blood-thinning medications, alcohol, and active skincare ingredients like retinol for 24-48 hours prior to the treatment

  • A small blood draw will be performed at the start of your appointment

  • Your blood is processed in a centrifuge to obtain your concentrated growth factors

  • You may experience mild redness, swelling, or bruising for 24 to 48 hours following the treatment

  • Avoid strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours post-treatment
